How We Work

Our Restoration Process

Six steps, the same on a single repair and on an entire development.

  1. 01

    Assessment

We inspect the surface, identify the damage and confirm whether restoration is the right answer. If it isn’t, we say so and recommend the best alternative — trust comes before business.

  2. 02

    Protection

Everything around the work is masked and covered before a tool is opened. Most restoration is completed on site, so protecting the surfaces we are not restoring matters as much as the ones we are.

  3. 03

    Restoration

Our technicians carry out the repair using specialist techniques and European restoration systems, matching the original material, grain, direction and colour as they work.

  4. 04

    Quality Control

Every repair is checked against the surrounding surface in the light it will actually be seen in. If the repair draws attention, it is not finished.

  5. 05

    Client Approval

We walk the completed work with you. Nothing is signed off until you are satisfied that the restoration blends naturally with the original finish.

  6. 06

    Aftercare

We advise on how to keep the restored surface looking as it does on the day we leave, and remain available for the property as it continues in use.

Before Anything Else

If restoration isn’t the right solution, we’ll always recommend the best alternative. Because trust comes before business.
