Our team is entrusted with completing a comprehensive summer maintenance restoration programme across both the hotel and residences. A wide range of interior finishes were restored, from spray painting and refreshing elevator doors to marble restoration, grout replacement and specialist wood touch-ups.

Every repair was completed on site to refresh and restore the property’s appearance without unnecessary replacement.

The programme ensured that, when guests and residents returned after the summer period, both the hotel and residences looked fresh, refined and ready to meet the high standards expected from one of Dubai’s most iconic destinations.
