Fairmont & Raffles Makati is one of the Philippines’ leading luxury hospitality destinations, featuring natural marble throughout its guest rooms.
Daily use had left the marble with scratches, chips, cracks and worn protective finishes. Replacing the stone throughout both towers would have been costly and highly disruptive.
Our specialists completed a full marble restoration programme, repairing damaged areas, restoring cracks, grinding and honing worn surfaces, polishing the marble and applying a new protective treatment. The original stone was preserved while restoring the appearance of newly installed marble.
